About Your Ponies and Managing Them

Your Ponies

Growth Stages

From foal to adulthood, it will take 20 days. Then and only then can you breed them. Mares will then take 5 days before giving birth.

Genders

There are three ways to identify if the pony is male or female.

1. Females will face the right side while males face the left.
2. Males have feathered hooves while females don't.
3. Looking at their profile.

Managing Your Ponies

Your Enclosures

This is essentially where you stable your ponies. To purchase them, click on "Real Estate" in the side menu. Each enclosure will offer different attributes, listed as below;

Name
The name of the enclosure.

Type
Elemental attribute. Some enclosures will be earth-based, fire-based or air-based. This means that if a pony sharing the same elemental attribute as the enclosure, it will be a boost to the pony's mood.

Space
How many ponies you can store in it.

Slots
How many upgrades you can attach to it, shown either when you purchase the enclosure or by the number of grey circles at the bottom right of the enclosure picture. Upgrades will add on a few spaces to your enclosure. You may purchase them at the store. To apply an upgrade, click on the "Upgrade" button at the bottom of the "Overview" box.

Price
How much it costs to buy it.

ReqBP
How many BP you need to unlock it. This does not use up your BP - to unlock it you need to have the stated amount of BP in your BP pool.

You have two slots for enclosures on your island. If you are changing your enclosure to another one, you will be offered a small discount for "selling" your previous enclosure back to real estate.

Notifiers

There are small notifiers that can be displayed for each pony in the enclosure screen. To turn them on or off, head over to "Profiles", then "Preferences".

[Q] Marks the pony as a questing pony
[L] The pony has available levels to be deployed
[V] Requires vetting
[M] Non-maxed out mood
[C] Pony is in a contest. This will turn red if the pony is entered into more than 4 contests
[S] Pony is for sale
[B] Pony (male) is up for breeding
[P] Pony is pregnant
[!] Pony has lost XP due to resurrection from death. If this is on your pony, that means that whatever XP the pony earns will be counted in the XP penalty

Pony Profile

edit_profile.JPG

In the pony profile, you will be able to edit several things, as noted below.

Nickname

While you cannot change a pony's name, you can adjust the nickname of the pony to your liking. You may use special characters to organize your pony list (Example when adding them to contests).

The following special characters are listed in ascending order; !, #, $, %, *, @, (normal text), ^ and ~. This means that ponies listed with a ! in front of their names will be placed higher than a pony with % in front of its name.

Breeding Fee

Only applicable to male ponies. You may set a breeding fee to allow other users to breed automatically to your pony, or you can place a breeding bid in which you are able to accept or deny their breeding request. If you set a price and check the bid box, the price you set will be the minimum bid.

This action will trigger the [B] notifier.

Tattoos

You are able to place tattoos on ponies to further customize them. There are three slots, in which the tattoos are placed on their rumps, their shoulders and their hind-legs.

Enclosure

From here you are able to move the pony from one enclosure to the next.

Sell Price

As with the breeding fee, this will mark your ponies as "available to buy." You may place a concrete price, or again you may set a bidding price. Setting a fee while checking the bid box will set the fee as the minimum bid.

This action will trigger the [S] notifier.

Presentation

Here you may add any information you wish regarding your pony.

Send To

This feature will send your pony to any of your sub-accounts.

If you choose to, you can also release them, in which the pony will be "freed" from your stables and let out into the wild. This action is irreversible.

You also have the option of sending them to the market. This essentially sends the pony to the trial markets, and you will receive 100PG for each pony you send.

Items

In the items section, this is where you go to to place items/equipment onto your ponies. You can also feed snacks to your ponies this way. To apply the items to the pony, simply double click the item and it will be applied automatically.

Equipment may change the appearance of your pony, sometimes adding certain statistics to them. Snacks will increase the food bar and/or mood.
